Behind the individual menu points (above) you will see pieces of work resulting from my job as an illustrator . Most of the illustrations are jobs I carried out, coming from completely different topics. My repertory goes from computer graphics, airbrush illustrations, custom painting on cars or motorbike tanks to outside wall paintings in swimming baths, discothecs or restaurants.

Due to my work as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator, I am familiar with the most varied graphic techniques as well as image processing, vector graphics, computer animation and hypertext. I am not only interested in the pure image techniques the computer offers, but also in the possibilities that Flash, Dhtml and Director offer.

My experience of long years with the most different graphic and artistic techniques provided a decisive advantage for my computer work later on. This is because the artistic work with traditional techniques required discipline and exact planning: qualities that are necessary to work out problem solutions on the computer.

My artistic background and the acquired know-how make professional use of the new media easier for me, due to the fact that I do not get lost in the uncountable possibilities modern image processing offers. I know how to use the computer as a tool to carry out my own imagination and ideas even faster.

In the end the computer can only produce what a creative mind elicits from it.
